BIOGRAPHY

Rev. Leroy Williams, Pastor/Prophet/ Evangelist/ Teacher of the Gospel of Christ. has been hand picked, anointed, and appointed by God for such a time as this to lead, counsel, and mentor those who are hurt, broken, hungry, and lost. Pastor Williams is a Licensed and Ordained Pastor/Chaplain of the Gospel of Christ. He is the Senior Pastor of The Voice of Deliverance Christian Center located in North Miami, Florida, which is a part of the Voice of Deliverance Ministries. In addition to sitting at the feet of the HOLY SPIRIT, the Lord has hand kicked two key people to be in his life on this ministry journey. Pastor Benny Hinn, who was placed in his life by the Lord as being one of his Master Teachers, and Pastor V.T. Williams as being his Pastor & Spiritual father who spoke into his life during the early stages of his ministry over 31 years ago. Hence the Mantel of these powerful servants of God in the prophetic/healing/deliverance ministry, and the passion of winning SOULS has been placed upon his life. Pastor Williams is a former student of Brooklyn Tabernacle Bible College, and he is also a man of the word.

To give you a brief history about this King of the Kingdom…Pastor Leroy Williams was born on the island of Jamaica, in the city of Montego Bay, and he has made the United States his home since 1983. In 1992 Pastor Leroy Williams became an ordained pastor. He is the former Pastor of The Rock of Eden Deliverance Ministries where he pastored, and ministered to the needs of the broken through the preaching of the Gospel, under the prophetic, healing, deliverance anointing along with a mantel of impartation. After spending that season as a pastor, the Lord released him to the evangelical ministry field for a season. In doing so, he remained an evangelist, until the Lord again transitioned him back into pastoring, where he and his present wife 1st Lady Althea Marscene Williams now pastors a small flock at The Voice of Deliverance Christian Center in North Miami, Florida.

Pastor Leroy Williams and his wife 1st Lady Althea Marscene Williams are also hosts of a local radio show on 95.9-Gospel Reggae FM in North Miami, as well as host of other ministry shows “A moment with God”, "Let's Talk", and "I'm a Victor in This Battle" now airing on TALK SHOE radio, BLOGTALKRADIO, and on gospelreggaefm network around the clock, and internationally on the internet.

Over the years, Pastor Leroy Williams experienced how the enemy went on a rampage to destroy him at the tender age of 16years old. It was this experience that lead him to accepting Christ as his personal Savior. After a period of healing & deliverance by the Lord at the age of 17years, he was able to regained his health. Years later he became a husband and father of three girls, and as a result of not having a supportive helpmate in the ministry the Lord allowed him to go through a transition process, and connected him with his now wife and divine helpmate 1 Lady Althea Marscene Williams. He calls her a blessing from the Lord.

During his years of transition it was at that point the storms increased. Those experiences almost took his life, but at the same time propelled him to greater heights in his fellowship with the Lord. According to Pastor Williams he went through pure hell that he refers to as “SPIRITUAL WICKEDNESS IN HIGH PLACES". It did not however take too many of those experiences for him to seek the Lord for complete deliverance from the Jezebel Spirit that seeked to destroy him, his ministry, life, family, and his then marriage. Like many pastors who encounter emotional brokenness, hurt, pain and physical scars, he never thought that one day he too would become one of these men. Over a period of 24 years he endured the pain of those very difficult circumstanes, and lived to see where the great God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob removed all the hindranes from his life.

Alone with God...he continued to seek him for divine guidance, over time he saw how the Lord used his pass experiences to transform his life. Although the process of going through was terribly painful, it also made him strong. The Lord now uses his life as an example to influence others. He now understands how the Lord use’s situations the enemy tried to make meant for bad, and turns them into blessings. According to Pastor Williams...sometimes we might not understand why he does it the way in which he does, but the hell that he experienced as a pastor, husband, and father was almost more than he could bear, and as a result the Lord has now truly blessed, and healed him in the process.

Pastor Leroy Williams lives a consecrated life to the service of the Lord. In so doing, The God of Abraham has delivered him, and set him free from the pass. He says his life no longer belongs to him, but to the Lord, because he has allowed the him to direct his every path. He now knows that the scars will always remind him of the pass, and stepping away from the will of God could also cause him to be right back in a place of bondage. Passionately, he describes that he is now in a place where no vultures can befall him, and where no prey shall come nigh him, and where God is his rock, refuge, strength and shield. As a result of the love of God in his heart, he can still love his predators regardless of how great the pain. He is motivated, focused on the call, has a clear vision of who he is in Christ, and what his purpose is in this life.

In light of Pastor Williams quest to focus on his call and ministry; The Lord has steered him towards the path of his divine destiny. As he and his wife 1st Lady Althea Williams covenants with the Lord to do his work. His passion is to preach the Gospel, and teach the body of Christ under the prophetic/healing/deliverance anointing along with signs, wonders, and miracles. In addition, his objective is to see the subjects he writes about taken to the pulpit, airways, and other medias. By so doing he will see the captives set free, the bound loosed, and the lost saved. His prayer is that the Lord will surround him with the right people to help accomplish God's will for his life & ministry with ease. It is his desire that you will keep him in your prayers, so that the Lord will give him the strength, and continued direction to do his work in the vineyard.

BIOGRAPHY

1st Lady Althea Marscene Williams, Author/Pastor/Prophetess/ Evangelist and Teacher of the Gospel of Christ has been hand-picked, anointed, and appointed by God for such a time as this to lead, counsel, and mentor-children, pre-teens, teenagers, young adults, and women who are hurt, broken, hungry, and lost. Althea Marscene Williams is a Licensed and Ordained Pastor/Chaplain of the Gospel of Christ.

To give you a brief history about this Queen of the Kingdom…Althea was born on the island of Jamaica, in the city of Kingston, and she has made the United States her home since 1984. In 1998 Althea became a contestant in the Mrs. Florida-America Pageant where she represented Palm Beach County. She is a former (AFTRA & AEA) union Actress, and Lifestyle Model. As well as the former President/CEO of Wink Model and Talent Agency Inc. where she represented over 2,000 clients as their agent. Her goal was to assist fellow actors in their quest for success in the entertainment industry. After spending 5 years as an Agent & Personal Manager, Althea decided that it was time to focus once again on her own acting career. In doing so, she dissolved Wink Model and Talent Agency Inc., and later opened Blue Mountain Entertainment Inc. It was with this company that she had intended on using to launch her acting career through the writing of her own scripts.

Althea wrote and completed a treatment for a one-woman TV show called “Simmer Down”. It is listed and registered with The Writers Guild of America. However, before completing the script for this Treatment, she felt the burning desire to start seeking the Lord for divine direction of her life, career, and business. After diligently doing so…the Holy Spirit spoke to her about pursuing her writing and this became the turning point in everything that she does. She is one of several authors included in the book "Victorious Living For Women" to be released on November 24th, of 2009 where she wrote one chapter entitled "I'm A Victor In This Battle". The chapter discusses how women can live a victorious life in their walk with the Lord.

With the unction of the Holy Spirit she was released to resign from her post after the late passing of her former Pastor-Rev. R.J. Hendley in June of 2007 where she was one of twenty ministers who served on the ministerial staff at the Greater Bethel Primitive Baptist Church located in the inner city of Palm Beach County, Florida. This opened the door for her to put more time into focusing on the Ministry the Lord has entrusted her with. Today both her & her husband are the Pastors of The Voice of Deliverance Christian Center located in North Miami, Florida, and a part of the ministry of Althea Marscene Ministries, Inc. In addition to sitting at the feet of the HOLY SPIRIT, the Lord has hand kicked two key people to be in her life on this ministry journey. As she continues with her writing; the Lord continues to use her skills and expertise in administration- working with hurting women & children in the field of ministry. In addition, she has taught at The R.J Hendley Christian Education Center, and as Administrator at Bethany Evangelical Covenant School in North Miami, Florida. Althea is currently on the active list of Substitute Teachers with the Palm Beach County School District where she serves on an as needed basis. In addition, 1 Lady Althea Williams and her husband Pastor Leroy Williams also are hosts on the local North Miami radio station-Gospel Reggae FM, as well as host of other ministry shows “A moment with God”, "Let's Talk", and "I'm a Victor in This Battle" now airing on TALK SHOE radio, BLOGTALKRADIO, and on gospelreggaefm network around the clock, and internationally on the internet.

Over the years, she experienced how the enemy went on a rampage to abort her ministry at the tender age of 12 years, shortly after she accepted Christ as her Savior. She did not allow those experiences however, to keep her away from returning to her first love, which is the Lord. After a period of recovery, Althea was able to bounce back to normalcy. Years later she became a wife and mother of two boys, and although still living her life as an unsaved, she encountered several life changing experiences. She called it a time of discovery, learning, and growth.

This experience almost took her life, but at the same time propelled her to greater heights in her fellowship with the Lord where she completely yields her life to the Lord. Like many women who encounter emotional brokenness, hurt, pain and physical scars; she never thought that one day she too would become one of these women.

As she continues to walk in her divine purpose, she saw how the Lord used her pass experiences to transform her life. Although the process of going through the fire was terribly painful, it also made her strong. The Lord now uses her life as an example to influence others. She now understands how the Lord use’s situations the enemy tried to make meant for bad, and turns them into good. According to Althea, the drama she experienced in trying to make a fresh start in her spiritual life was more than she could bear, and as a result the Lord has truly blessed, and healed her in the process.

Althea has yielded herself to the service of the Lord. In doing so, he has delivered her, and set her free from the pass. Her life no longer belongs to her, but to the Lord. Pastor Williams, and 1st Lady Althea Williams are both ordained, and licensed Pastors, and Chaplains. In addition they both have been ordained and anointed my the Lord to counsel and minister to the needs of the lost, hurt, and broken adults, children, and teenagers. They operate with a particular anointing to counsel and minister to those in relationships, and marriages. They have ministered to the body of Christ to both leaders and non-leaders nationally and internationally who are experiencing difficulties in their God ordained relationships and marriages. The Holy Spirit often times uses them to break curses, soul ties, and the like from off the lives of God's people. They have an impartation anointing of speaking into the lives of individuals the Lord has assigned to them. They are truly warriors for Christ who are instrumental in the lives of men and women walking in their divine destiny, and purpose.

FASHION SHOW MINISTRY COOR.

The objective of the Fashion Show Ministry is to promote Jesus in the fashion industry, build self esteem, confidence, and educate the body of Christ about the stigmas that are attached to the fashion industry, and how these stigmas have been negatively affecting our children. The goal is to infiltrate the fashion industry through education, networking etc. therefore, exposing designers to designing concepts that promote Jesus, positive messages, and the like. The church will use the students from A Shinning Star School of ettiquette to assist in promoting this ministry. Class schedules and meeting times will be announced as development is nearer it's completion. During this time members of the church will be involved in this ministry minor areas of this ministry on an as needed basis.
